Rhye “Come In Closer”

Turn your volume up, close your eyes and soothe your soul with this dreamy new single. 

Rhye is the music project of Canadian R&B singer Mike Milosh.

As he explained in a press release, “Come In Closer explores how as relationships deepen and you invite someone into your world, your life, your home, layers of appreciation, vulnerability, and patience reveal themselves.”

The latest single hints to his anticipated full length project Home, expected to drop on January 22.

The track is accompanied by a music video that is equally as sweet.

The video delivers a few minutes of pure bliss, prompting you to reminisce on summers as a kid. Shots of sunsets, beaches, treelines, and streams make for a perfect visual.

Rhye said that kids featured are siblings “living without fear or inhibition, wild with the joy of simply being.”

As a new school semester begins, I recommend carving some time out for a slow morning with a cup of tea and headphones playing Rhye.
