Sonder feat. Jorja Smith - “Nobody But You”
R&B artist Brent Faiyaz has been dropping some heat lately with his single “Show U Off” and his collab with Tyler, The Creator “Gravity.” But he was missing his boys, Dpat and Atu, and the trio Sonder is back since their last single in 2019 “What You Heard.”
Teaming up with Jorja Smith, “Nobody But You” is the heartbreak song we didn’t know we needed.
A slow R&B song with an acoustic guitar never fails, but Faiyaz and Jorja Smith on vocals are particularly powerful. Both of them have a beautiful tone and compliment the other perfectly. Jorja Smith’s recent single “Addicted” has a different, more upbeat vibe and this serves as a reminder that she kills it either way.
Faiyaz recently told NME that he is going to drop his sophomore album Make It Out Alive in 2021. There is also word that Jorja Smith will also release her 2nd full-length project this year.“Nobody But You” showcases the pure talent of this duo, and we can’t wait to get new music from both of them.
